Open letter to Nadia Whittome

Dear Nadia

This is to advise you that Neurodivergent Labour has no intention of stepping you down as our patron MP. You are doing a fantastic job in representing the interests of neurodivergent people in Parliament, especially on the issue of discrimination in the justice system.

We know of your support for autistic and other neurodivergent people in your constituency and across Nottingham, and of your campaigning work outside of Parliament as well as within it.You have our solidarity and support for as long as we have yours.

In solidarity,

Neurodivergent Labour Executive Committee

  1. It is not just in the criminal courts, autistic people need support and legal aid.
A parent with autism in the care system will often have no reasonable adjustments made for them.

Hi. Perhaps this comment was meant for the post on the criminal justice system?
If so, while I agree with your point, this post was the evidence submitted by ND Labour to a Ministry of Justice enquiry about neurodiversity specifically in the criminal justice system.
